Cascade’s Two Piece Litter Back-Pack is one of the few solutions available for when you need to trek your two-piece or split-apart litter through the bush. The pack is designed with compression straps so that you can neatly stow your stretcher into a secure load which can then be carried backpack style via the padded shoulder straps and load adjustment straps.
