The Equalizer Litter Handle System quickly and easily attaches to all CMC/Traverse stretchers; there is one set of two handles for each end of your litter. Manufactured from Titanium, this litter handle system features a unique 24 position system which allows you to quickly change the position of the handles. This feature is so necessary for when a team member of a different height needs to use the system, or for when varying terrain requires you to adjust their use. Just think how much easier it would be to cinch your litter to your litter wheel, and then use your Equalizer Handles at each end of the litter – going downhill, uphill, over rough terrain …. no problems.
The Equalizer handles can be ‘nested’ against your litter for easier storage, for transport or for when you’re undertaking a high or low angle rescue. Other features include:-
