The Petzl Mini Pulley

The Petzl Mini Pulley is a tried and tested favourite based on the classic ‘prusik minding pulley’ design.  The Mini is a very small & extremely lightweight item of standard equipment for climbers, rope access technicians and rescue operators and should have a place on everyone’s harness. The overall MBS of the pulley is an impressive 23kN with a becket WLL of 5kN & load side/resistance force WLL of 2.5kN. The flat base enables you to rig with a short prusik & hence create a quick, efficient progress capture device (PCD). The Mini can also be reeved into a ‘jigger’ type system with another twin sheave pulley to create a 3:1 or 4:1.

• The sheave is mounted on sealed ball bearings giving an efficiency of 91%
