Omega Pacific has discovered a defect in a certain number of gates used in their 7/16″ Quick-Lok carabiners. The defect could contribute to accelerated corrosion which may affect the strength or lifespan of the carabiner. This voluntary recall only affects a limited number of Quik-Lok carabiners, please read the full recall notice to find out if you are affected.
