Omni Block Pulley Inspection Notice

In addition to issuing a recall for all the 1.1″ variants of the Omni Block Swivel Pulleys manufactured from February 2020 through to October 2022, Rock Exotica has asked users to inspect all Omni Blocks prior to their next use.  This should be part of your standard practice, and your inspection should always include the set screws as well as the buttons of your Omni Pulley.  The Instructions for Use that you received when you purchased your product include full inspection instructions.

  • Rock Exotica Omni-Block 1.1″, Double, Black (P51 D-B)
  • Rock Exotica Omni-Block 2.0″, Single (P53)
  • Rock Exotica Omni-Block 2.0″, Single, Black (P53-B)
  • Rock Exotica Omni-Block 2.0″, Double (P53 D)
  • Rock Exotica Omni-Block 2.0″, Double, Black (P53 D-B)
  • Rock Exotica Omni-Block 2.6″, Single (P55)
  • Rock Exotica Omni-Block 2.6″, Single, Black (P55-B)
  • Rock Exotica Omni-Rigging Block 2.6″ (MHP55)
  • Rock Exotica Omni-Rigging Block 4.5″ (MHP58)
