The CMC Edge Pad is made from heavy duty canvas and will protect your ropes from abrasion and dirt. You can also use them to protect trees and delicate building edges. These versatile Edge Pads have strong integrated corner web loops that allow you to anchor them in place as well as an additional set of offset web loops which allow you to overlap and join two or more pads.
Most canvas edge pro has a metal grommet for anchoring. They’re great, but you often need a large or oversized biner to do the job. The corner web loops on the CMC Edge Pad mean that you can use any carabiner from your standard kit.
