The Sked Rescue System is a great option for confined space and high angle rescue applications. We supply the Basic Rescue System, fitted with AustriAlpin Cobra buckles, in international orange. The kit comes in it’s own Cordura backpack and is ready for most applications straight from the bag.
The beauty of the Sked is that when the patient is packaged, the stretcher becomes rigid. The durable plastic then provides protection to the patient whilst allowing extrication through the most demanding confined spaces. This is why the Sked is still the go to option for cave rescue or industrial confined space rescue.
The Sked Stretcher with this kit is orange and includes Cobra side release buckles on the four patient restraint straps, and the two foot end adjust straps; a drag handle at the patient head end; four sewn on carrying handles and extra grommets for if additional carrying handles are required.
