The Petzl Jag Haul Kit is a high-efficiency ‘set of fours’ with a multitude of uses. The Jag can be used for a lift & lower, pickoff rescues, releasable anchors, or to tension a system. The kit can also be used in conjunction with a rope grab, such as the Petzl Rescucender, to piggy-back mechanical advantage systems or break into tight lines.
The collapsed Jag kit is extremely compact, meaning it can be used even when the distance to the anchor is very short. The whole kit fits easily into a waist bag such as a CMC Pro Pocket or Conterra Rigging Utility Pouch.
