The Kinetic – a Two Stage Auto Lock

The SMC Kinetic Twist Lock is an ideal connector for all disciplines of working at heights or work rescue. Lightweight and with an enhanced modified D shape that provides for a larger gate opening (2.5cm), the SMC Kinetic is a great option for those working (or playing) at heights all day.

Features of the SMC Kinetic Twist Lock include:-

A key-lock nose to help prevent snagging.
Locking sleeves that engage on the gate, not on the frame, resulting in greater reliability and less jamming.
The locking sleeves also allow the operator to operate while under load if necessary.
A two stage twist lock which is designed to be easily opened with one hand, with or without gloves.
Recessed knurls and a firm spring ensuring that it is less likely that gear will cause the Kinetic’s gate to inadvertently open.
That they are made in the USA.
Available in orange, blue and black.
