An Innovative Pinch Lock Carabiner

The Skylotec PinchLock II is an HMS-shaped aluminium carabiner with a large gate opening that has won a number of design awards for its innovative pinch lock closure system. The pinch lock closure is designed for easy opening, closing, clipping, and unclipping of the carabiner. Since the carabiner doesn‘t have a locking sleeve on the gate, the pinch locking mechanism also makes it more convenient to rotate the carabiner into the correct position.
