There has been communications in the last 24 hours related to questions regarding the Petzl ASAP Lock: specifically the Locking Screw. Late in 2014, a screw on an ASAP Lock with a visible mark, which appeared to be a crack was reported to Petzl. Petzl’s investigation has concluded that the mark is superficial and the result of the manufacturing process. It does not affect performance.
