Petzl Warning Regarding Counterfeit versions of Petzl Products

Petzl has issued a warning regarding the presence of counterfeit versions of Petzl Products.  Counterfeit versions of the Petzl Croll, Petzl Attache carabiner, Petzl Ascension and Petzl Rescue pulley have been discovered.  These products, made in China, have serious defects and yet they are difficult to identify as fakes.  Petzl has urged customers to purchase Petzl products only from authorised Petzl outlets.
