Height Safety Training
Under current state and territory OHS law, employers and employees have a strict obligation to eliminate, or manage, the risks associated with a fall. Where management of height related hazards becomes the only option the correct training and equipment for the job become critical. Safety Access & Rescue can assist by both providing the relevant height safety training and height safety equipment. The following three courses represent what we consider to be the entry level required training for people working at height.
Working at Heights
Designed to qualify the student in the use, care and maintenance of fall arrest devices, this course also covers retrieval techniques. Click here to find out more about Safety Access & Rescue's Height Safety course.
Work Positioning
Work positioning utilises the operator's harness as an 'active' PPE device and gives the operator the ability to work with both hands. Click through to find out more about Work Positioning Training.
Tower Climbing
Modern steel truss towers and masts present significant issues to the worker who must ascend them and, in the event of mishap, rescue or be rescued from them. Each Tower Climbing Course is tailored to your needs.
