Axis D Shape Quicklink

Cost Effective and Low Maintenance Connector

The D Shape Quicklink is widely used by rope access professionals as a front connection point for multiple connections.

With their threaded tube closure making them very strong for their size, quicklinks, otherwise known as ‘tube nut connectors’ or maillon rapides (pronounced may-on rap-eeds) are at their most versatile where multi-directional loads mean that  accidental gate opening (as with carabiners) may be an issue.  Available in a variety of shapes (oval, delta and D Shape), sizes and materials quicklinks suit most roping activities.

Axis D Shape Quicklinks are ideally used for:-.

  • connecting sit and chest harnesses
  • connecting from a webbing loop to a descender or ascender
  • as a connector for belay points or fixed protection
